Seoul is a popular Asian travel destination and for good reasons. It is a walkable city, lots of fun activities to do, the food is oh-so-delicious, shopping is to die for, the city is very family-friendly, and the people are just fun to be with.

Seoul is best seen on foot so be prepared to do a lot of walking while in the city. Carry a Pocket Wifi with you to help navigate your way and search for important information online. One of Korea’s popular theme park, it has both outdoor and indoor attractions so you don’t have to worry about the weather or being too cold or too hot outside. There are rides suitable for different age groups.

2. LOTTE WORLD AQUARIUM

A few steps away from the Lotte World Theme Park, see different marine life forms inside the Lotte World Aquarium.

Ocean-themed play zones. Perfect way for the adults to relax and let the kids run around and play. Recommended for kids aged 8 years and below

4. EVERLAND

One of Korea’s most visited tourist attractions, one whole day is needed to fully enjoy this theme park. There are plenty of kiddie rides and play areas for the young ones and if they can also enjoy seeing pandas, monkeys, birds and other animals in the zoo area of the theme park.

5. CARRIBEAN BAY

Carribean Bay is open throughout the year because it has both indoor and outdoor pools. Expect a whole day of fun in one of the largest waterparks in the world.

Take the cable car up to the N Seoul Tower and enjoy beautiful views of Seoul from the Observatory. You can also visit the Hello Kitty Island and SSentoy Museum by purchasing the combo ticket. There are several restaurants and coffee shops in case you’re hungry and an arcade to keep the kids happy.

Another preserved Hanok Village in the heart of Seoul is Namsangol. Spend a nice stroll with the kids in and out of the Hanoks. There are also cultural shows that will interest the whole family.

Korea’s first experiential museum built specifically for children, the Gyeonggi Children’s Museum is an interactive museum that will awaken each child’s curiosity and natural love for learning.
